There is a lot of buzz about the health benefits of music. Come join licensed and board certified music therapist, Mia Krings, MM, LPMT, MT-BC from Greater Chicago Music Therapy to learn about and experience the allied-health field of music therapy. Hands-on experientials (including singing, playing instruments, improvising, and songwriting) will be featured and participants will leave with tools to incorporate music successfully into their own lives!
