This 45-minute seated class combines music and muscle toning moves to give you an overall energy boost! Registration is required, walk-ins welcome to observe.
Led by certified Zumba instructor Marianne Mohrhusen. Chair Zumba incorporates dance moves taken from Latin, World and Pop and is set to upbeat music. Improve overall energy, core stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and motor skills while seated, using arm and leg movements. This class is perfect for seniors or people who find standing cardio classes too difficult. This class can accommodate 30 participants. Registration is required, walk-ins welcome to observe.
The Linda Sokol Francis Brookfield Library is located at the intersection of Grand and Park Avenue. It has 5 Study Rooms, 3 Meeting Rooms, an Editing Studio, and a Maker Studio.
